The authors focus on step-by-step instructions and strategies to develop the strengths of children with ADD. This is a positive, upbeat book that will help parents with the day to day challenges posed by ADD while teaching parents to see and foster the strengths these children have.
- Answers to Distraction by Edward Hallowell, M.D. and John, J. Ratey, M.D. The authors respond to the most frequently asked questions about ADHD and provides an easy to read reference about all aspects of ADHD and common questions posed by parents, teachers and other about ADHD and how to address the problems it can cause in school, relationships, etc.
- Driven To Distraction: Recognizing and Coping with Attention Deficit Disorder from Childhood through Adulthood by Edward Hallowell and John Ratey. One of the most popular books on ADHD that explains what ADHD is and what ADHD is not (facts vs. myths).
